And John’s response is like, “Fuck it. He’s gonna hate this anyway, so I’ll add a few complements and let him write a summary so he won’t sulk all night.”
So I ordered Sherlock Season 2 and Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows on Amazon. It arrived today.
As if that wasn’t exciting enough, I popped in A Game of Shadows because I haven’t seen it in awhile. Much longer than Sherlock.
BBC Sherlock was advertised on the Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows DVD.
(Me working on paper; Stepdad peeks in)
Stepdad: Hey, stop looking at naked pictures of Benedict Cumberbatch and come out for a second.
Ok, ok, hold on.
Stepdad: You could have chosen a crush with a better name.
Benedict Cumberbatch is an awesome name!
Stepdad: What? Cumberpatch?
Stepdad: Whatever. It sounds like a basket of cucumbers. (Honestly, I wasn’t thinking dirty thoughts until…) Stop it.

Stepdad: They aren’t her type anyway.
Me: …How do you-What is my type then?
Stepdad: They must be British…
Stepdad: Their initials are BC…
Stepdad: They must play vaguely, ambiguously gay dectectives.
Wait a second. I think he knows about the slash…
Oh, well he doesn’t care.

Constructed criticism is greatly appreciated. (Also if any pony has a better title, I’d like that as well.)
